Abrecco Group was founded to help people achieve their personal, family, and financial goals with more ease. With its daunting vocabulary commercial real estate can be challenging and intimidating for newcomers. This need not be so.

Joe Dingman
Founder
Joe is a tested founder with a proven entrepreneurial track record in the Real Estate and Renewable Energy Development spaces. His talents are deal underwriting, finance, fundraising, and sales. He holds a Bachelor of Arts focused in housing and sustainable development from Occidental College.
His credentials have included a California Contractor's State License Board HIS license and a California Real Estate Salesperson license. He also formerly held an NMLS distinction and was a top loan originator at a Los Angeles firm.
Joe was awarded a 2012 International Richter Fund Grant to study Swedish Multifamily Development with faculty from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University.
Ryan Peterson
Principal Advisor
Ryan brings his wealth of experience in due diligence, property management, and industry relationships to the Abrecco Group roster. He also brings unparalleled honesty, accountability, integrity, and a willingness to go above and beyond what is required to ensure that all party's needs are addressed.
Ryan's background in Commercial Real Estate is extensive. He is a co-founder and Vice President of a commercial property management company in Southern California. He is also a co-founder and Director of Operations for one of the the San Fernando and Santa Clarita valley's premier real estate teams.
